We are moving to La Paz for three years and this blog is about that experience. Also there is a rock climbing trip report from Yosemite in 2010 and other stuff.
The videos are from Judy Springs. As you can tell, it was crazy windy. Even in the trees, the winds was blowing the snow pretty hard. In a less windy period, I would guess the snow would be much deeper.
Definitely worth a trip if you can drive FR112 to the first gated fireroad on the right. Otherwise, it's is three miles up the road to get to the trail head and another couple of miles from there.

ReplyDeleteAlways thought about skiing Judy Springs meadow. Always imagined it with a lot more snow than it looks like. Are the videos from Judy?
